For this project with fitness creator Owen Stearns, we filmed a quick 20-minute fat-burning workout designed to get the heart rate up and keep viewers moving. The video was shot on a tripod in a clean, static setup and captured as a straight-through session with minimal cuts—keeping the pacing natural and the energy authentic.
This stripped-down production style allowed Owen’s personality and workout instruction to shine through while maintaining a professional look ideal for YouTube. It’s a great example of how simple setups can still deliver high-quality, engaging fitness content
